SISTERS IN CHRIST  

This new ministry at Northbrook seeks to offer many opportunities for women of all ages and stages to grow spiritually. Through small-group study women can build their faith, share their own stories, and create new relationships that will deepen through time. All women are invited and encouraged to be a part of this exciting new opportunity!

Life can be so hard, so frustrating, and so daily! Women face disappointments, disarray, downfalls, delays, drawbacks, and doldrums. It’s unavoidable. But that’s life! The trick is to face life’s twists and turns with grace. It doesn’t come naturally, and isn’t learned quickly. But it can be learned! Come, and allow God to cultivate a heart of contentment in you. In this Women of Faith study, you will learn how to find satisfaction in dailin living, hopping over the pitfalls along the way. Included within the 12 weeks are illustrations and insights from Marilyn Meberg, Luci Swindoll, Barbara Johnson, Sheila Walsh, Thelma Wells, Patsy Clairmont, Nicole Johnson, and a thorough leader’s guide.

Explore such concepts as blessing, covenant and promise. See how they affect our lives as New Testament believers. Ger to know the individuals and  families God used to birth His redemptive plan. See a perfect and holy God endure in His relationship with man at his best—an at his weakest and worst. Full of twists and turns, ruins and redemption, revelation and mystery, this in-depth study of Genesis 12-50 will keep you captivated by the God who stars in it. This 11-week study includes personal daily assignments and weekly group sessions.
