AUGUST COMMUNION RAIL OFFERING will benefit the clients of North Fulton Community Charities. NFCC is the primary agency that provides food, clothing, job counseling, and emergency aid to our neighbors in North Fulton county.

JULY COMMUNION RAIL OFFERING Benefits Camp Glisson
Thank you for your gifts to Camp Glisson in the amount of $1,615 in memory of Jamie Bishop (Viriginia Tech shooting victim and former camp Glisson). Camp Glisson is our United Methodist camp in Dahlonega that ministers to children, youth, and persons with special needs. To learn more about Camp Glisson go to www.campglisson.org

JUNE COMMUNION RAIL OFFERING Benefits Simpsonwood
Thank you for your gifts to Simpsonwood Conference and Retreat Center in the amount of $844. Simpsonwood is located in Norcross on the Chattahoochee River. Besides offering a place of retreat for people from Georgia and around the world, it is also the site of the North Georgia United Methodist Center.

MAY COMMUNION RAIL OFFERING went to the pastors’ discretionary account which is utilized by the pastors to help members and neighbors who come to us in need, usually as a result of job loss, illness, or divorce.

APRIL COMMUNION RAIL OFFERING
Thank you for your generous gifts to the Lenten purple bag offering for the homeless (also our April Communion rail offering). Over $3,600 was received to help our homeless neighbors. These gifts have been distributed through The Drake House (emergency housing), HomeStretch (transitional housing), North Georgia Habitat for Humanity (permanent housing), and the North Georgia UMC Housing and Homeless Council.

MARCH COMMUNION RAIL OFFERING benefited Northbrook’s Ghana mission.
