Registration for CONNECT is $50 per semester (Sept. – Dec. and Jan.-May).  Online payment option will be available after submiting this form. If paying by check, please make checks payable to Northbrook UMC and write “CONNECT Registration” on the memo line.  Attach check to this completed form and place in offering plate, drop off at the church office, or mail to:  Laura Hensley, 730 Wilde Rose Ct., Roswell, GA 30075.
