NAPP
Northbrook Association of Preschool Parents
Working Together to Support Our Growing Children
and Our Growing School

NAPP was chartered in 2003 as a parent organization in association with Northbrook Preschool. The purposes for which NAPP was created include: promoting communication among parents and with Northbrook Preschool; fostering a sense of community among all Northbrook Preschool parents, children, and staff; enriching children’s experiences while at Northbrook Preschool; organizing parent volunteer opportunities to support Northbrook Preschool; helping with fund raising activities of Northbrook Preschool; and providing, through fundraising, scholarships to students whose families have short-term financial difficulties.

How do I join and become active?

All families are encouraged to participate in NAPP by paying the annual $10 dues. NAPP benefits your children in a variety of ways, such as bringing the Art Barn petting zoo to school, providing teacher appreciation activities throughout the year, and raising monies for school enhancements. NAPP also utilizes parent volunteers to assist with special events and projects throughout the year. There is no great time commitment required - some events require only an hour of your time.

If you would like to join NAPP, please download the NAPP Membership form, available under the 2011-12 Parent Info & Forms link. Fill it out and bring it, along with payment, to the Parent Fair August 22nd or 23rd. NAPP will have a table set up to receive your membership and answer any questions you may have.
