Registration In January

Mark your calendars for preschool registration for the 2012-13 school year registration dates. If you would like a tour of the preschool, call the preschool office at 770-998-6667. We conduct tours on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during December and January. Please call for an appointment for a tour.

The following dates will allow those who have been a church member for three or more months to register before public registration. To be eligible to register early as a church member, you and your family must uphold the covenant you made when you joined Northbrook United Methodist Church of supporting the church with your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your witness, and your service and you must be a pledging member.

Tuesday, Nov. 29, 9:45 a.m.	Kindergarten Information Meeting - Room 109
Mon, Jan. 9	Registration Forms distributed to currently enrolled parents
Tuesday, Jan. 10, 9:45	Registration for 12-24 month olds. Registration for 12 - 24 month olds. Theymust be between these ages as of Sept. 1, 2012 This registration is for church members only.
Friay, Jan. 20	Registration forms and payment due from currently enrolled parents
Thurs Jan. 26, 9:45, a.m.	Registration for 2s and above (church members, kindergarten, alumni)
Mon, Jan 30 5:00 p.m	Community registration - Room 133

Community registration will be held in room 133 at 5:00 p.m. It is a lottery so there is no need to arrive before 4:45. At 5:00, the number of persons in line will be counted. That many numbers will be placed in a hat and each person will draw a number. (One number per family is drawn.) The line will be reconfigured based upon the number drawn. You will know whether your child is accepted or is placed on a waiting list the night of registration.

Please bring a completed student information form, and your checkbook. If your child is accepted, you will pay $125 registration fee per child and the first tuition payment.
