Parents’ Time Out
AGES: 1 year and walking through 5 years
SCHEDULE: Mondays and Fridays, 9am-1pm (Reservations required) Room 227. During the summer months, we will add Wednesdays in addition to our Monday and Friday schedule.
REGISTRATION: Fill out a registration form. Once you fill out the form, you will not have to fill out another one unless your information changes. We will keep the form on file in the nursery for us to access when needed.
RESERVATIONS: The only way to make a reservation is to email firstname.lastname@example.org . Your reservation will be confirmed through a response from the same email. We are asking you to be sensitive to the deadlines in order to get a spot for your child. The deadline is 3 days in advance of the date you need. We may be able to accommodate last minute reservations but there is NO guarantee.
PAYMENT: We have 3 options for payment. You can either bring a check (written out to Northbrook UMC – please put PTO in the memo line), pay with cash (exact amount only) or pay with a credit card when you drop your child off.
RATES: The rates are $35 per session for 1 child, $50 per session for 2 siblings, and $230 for 8 sessions when paid in advance (reservation is still required).
BRING: Please bring a peanut and tree nut free lunch, and a bag with a change of clothes, water bottle or cup, and diapers if needed. Please label all items. We will provide goldfish and graham crackers for snack.
