Nursery Care at Northbrook UMC
The nursery ministry serves children from birth through 5-years. In the nursery, children encounter the love of God through the care of our screened and trained nursery staff and volunteers. Children can find a home at Northbrook UMC through Sunday morning nursery, Parents’ Time Out, and through event childcare.

Sunday Mornings
We are excited to offer Sunday morning programming for the Wee Grow group, which includes loving nursery care for children birth to 2 years old and Sunday School for 3 to 5 year-old children (those not enrolled in kindergarten) at the 11 a.m. worship time. A greeter or usher can escort you to the nursery rooms located on the upper level of Building C, which is right across the courtyard from the Sanctuary.
Wee Grow NurseryChildren birth to 2 years old receive loving care from our nursery staff. Please bring any diapering needs and a change of clothes. If your child needs to be fed a bottle or snack, please feel welcome to bring that as well. We ask that you label everything with your child’s name and tell our nursery staff your child’s specific needs at drop-off.
