Have you ever been in a desperate situation and needed someone to encourage you through prayer?  Have you ever been thankful for an answered prayer?  Have you ever been a part of a group that encourages and lifts each other in prayer?  YOU are invited to be a part of the prayer chain at Northbrook.  It is so simple and requires little time.  Contact me at julieturner@mindspring.com and let me know you want to be added to our group and you will receive perhaps one or two emails per week with prayer requests.  As soon as you receive one, take a few minutes to pray for this person or situation.  It will be a blessing to you and others.

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) What does every mother want? Good friends, good food, and a good night sleep – we know how you feel! MOPS is looking for moms of children age birth to six years old to join our group. We meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month during the school year to enjoy fellowship, food and great speakers on topics from first aid to cool crafts. To join, register online or call Danyel Thompson (770-552-9004) or Jo Ann Chism (770–777–5870) for more information. Childcare is provided with your membership fee.

Furniture Donations Welcomed Due to limited storage, Northbrook no longer has a furniture bank.
