The Emergency Assistance Fund

The NUMC Emergency Assistance Fund is funded through the generosity of Northbrook members. Temporary financial support is offered once every two years to best steward these resources. The church assists with past due expenses only. We do not offer down payments, assistance with phone bills/internet, insurance payments, medical bills, or transportation payments. The maximum assistance amount for: 1) rent/mortgage is $1,500 and 2) utilities is $500. If the client’s need exceeds these maximums, they may be referred to another agency.

Priority will be given to Northbrook members and qualified clients who reside in the City of Roswell (Zip Codes 30075 and 30076). If you or someone you know needs temporary financial support, please call 770-998-2000.
