In the depths of a colorful underground cave, is the beating heart of the hero community, the Hero Hotline Headquarters where everyone’s gifts are valued and every hero has a role to play. Each day at the Hero Hotline Headquarters, superheroes of all ages and abilities answer the call and join the Professor and veteran hero, Super Meer the Meerkat, to provide expert assistance and solutions to Hero Teams everywhere.

Preference on the waitlist will be awarded to week-of volunteers who serve at least two days and the children Northbrook UMC members. The cost is FREE for volunteers who serve at least two days during the week of VBS, and a spot is guaranteed for your children. Camp Northbrook (STEAM Camp) 2025 | June 2-5

Calling all young explorers! This summer, embark on an exciting journey through the Desert Stories of the Bible at Camp Northbrook! Kids will discover God’s faithfulness in the wilderness as they dive into the stories of Moses, Elijah, and Jesus in the desert.
Through fun crafts, games, music, and hands-on activities, campers will explore the wonders of God’s creation and learn how He provides, guides, and transforms us—even in the driest places! - PTO Camp is Rising PreK 2 to Rising PreK 4
- Camp runs from 9:15 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Monday to Thursday
- Cost is $185 per child
- Children should bring a pack lunch
Worship Arts Camp | July 28-31

Calling all young worshippers! Join us for Worship Arts Camp, where kids will explore creative ways to praise God through music, dance, drama, and visual arts.
Through fun, hands-on activities, campers will learn how to use their gifts to glorify God while growing in faith and friendship. Whether they love to sing, paint, act, or move, there’s a place for everyone to shine!
